About the Team The Engineering 360 Product Management Team is a core pillar of how the company builds and delivers software, focusing on our rapidly growing Card business. We are a team focused on building products, services, and tooling to enable the faster delivery of scalable, stable, and well-managed products. Product Managers on this team navigate technical concepts like Site Reliability Engineering, Test Automation, Continuous Deployment, and improving overall Developer Experience in Card Tech+. About the Role As a Senior Associate, Product Manager, you will be a key driver in shaping the future of our internal engineering products. You will own the near-term roadmap for key features and capabilities, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your product area. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and strong cross-functional partnership to deliver transformative business outcomes. You will use data and analytical storytelling to effectively demonstrate progress, identify risks, and communicate opportunities. What You'll Do Own the Feature Roadmap and Delivery: You will own the near-term roadmaps for feature development to ensure they deliver on critical business outcomes. This includes working with Data Analytics, TOH, and Leadership to align with their reporting and data needs. You will manage the entire product development process, including backlog management, story documentation, grooming, and prioritization. Define Data Strategy and Intelligence: Define the core data strategy for your product area, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability. You will cultivate data assets for real-time intelligence and synthesize test results to make compelling recommendations for the business. Drive Engineering Team Partnership: Serve as the critical link between user needs and technical implementation. You will translate user feedback into clear, well-defined business epics, stories, and acceptance criteria for all features, partnering closely with Tech to research and explore new technical approaches. Champion Enterprise Collaboration: Work across organizational boundaries to seek out and understand partner team roadmaps to inform product vision. You will work directly with EPTech (e.g., ETIP) to reduce duplication of efforts and align on shared, horizontal goals, bringing insights and problems that might impact teams outside of your immediate focus to broader forums. Problem Solving and Insights: You will challenge problem statements, test assumptions, and develop counter-arguments, applying strong judgment on how deep to go when solving a specific problem. You will organize and participate in customer research and data-driven problem solving to inform product strategy. In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas: Human Centered You’ll collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design You'll breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test Business Focused Demonstrating a growth mindset, you’ll effectively use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure your product or feature delivers on real business needs You’ll own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk Technology Driven You’ll work autonomously in an agile environment, to conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology You’ll collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting edge solutions to help customers You’ll deliver well-managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy Transformational Leadership By actively participating in horizontal forums, you’ll harness a network of trusted relationships among tech teams, designers, key internal stakeholders and partner teams You’ll articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with with stakeholders, elevating your team’s results and becoming a product matter expert We want you if you are: Intellectually Curious. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
