About The Position

The Senior Associate, Product Management, Card Collections Low Risk Customer Experiences role is part of Capital One's mission to modernize technology and elevate the voice of vulnerable customers. The team is responsible for creating experiences that allow customers to resolve delinquency across multiple digital channels and through a network of agents. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, business analysts, and legal to design and scale intelligent content delivery and re-engagement experiences.
• Utilize ML/AI techniques for trigger-based messaging and multi-armed bandits.
• Drive increased customer engagement and sustainable outcomes for customers and the business.
• Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs.
• Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring compliance with necessary processes.
• Conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology.
• Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value.
