General Atlantic’s Capital Solutions team is focused on marketing the firm’s global investment strategies to institutional and private wealth investors worldwide. The Capital Solutions team manages all aspects of client coverage and the fundraising process by building relationships with both current and prospective investors. Within the Private Wealth Capital Solutions team, the Private Wealth Product Development & Management function is responsible for designing, structuring, launching, and managing new product solutions primarily tailored for private wealth channel distribution, including via private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, and other intermediary platforms. General Atlantic is seeking a high-caliber Associate or Senior Associate to join its Private Wealth Product Development & Management team in New York. This role will support the full product lifecycle for General Atlantic’s private wealth offerings, including strategy and fund product design, competitor product analysis and reporting, ongoing product management, and client-facing reporting. The role will work closely with Capital Solutions senior leadership as well as colleagues across General Atlantic’s private wealth client coverage, investment teams, finance, legal and compliance, operations, and marketing to help develop and deliver institutional-quality products, marketing materials, and analytics to private wealth investors.
