Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Platform Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to support, enhance, and maintain the LeanIX Enterprise Architecture platform. This role ensures LeanIX operates as a trusted, scalable system-of-record for New York Life’s application portfolio, enabling accurate architectural insights and informed decision-making across the enterprise. This position engineers, operates, and evolves integrations between LeanIX and key enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Apptio, ACA Risk Rating, and downstream consumers. By establishing LeanIX as the authoritative source-of-truth for application and architecture data, this role directly supports portfolio rationalization, technology risk management, cost transparency, and strategic planning initiatives. You will partner closely with enterprise architects, application owners, platform teams, and integration engineers to automate data ingestion, reduce manual data maintenance, and ensure data quality through governance and attestation processes. Success in this role requires a strong blend of platform engineering expertise, integration experience, and operational discipline.
