About The Position

At Zocdoc, we recognize the important role that paid social plays in connecting brands with potential customers. As a Sr. Associate, Paid Social, you will be a driving force in growing our patient reach and bookings on Meta with the opportunity to expand into other platforms (e.g. Tiktok and Pinterest) as the channel grows. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, driving creative insights, and optimizing campaigns across this dynamic channel. Your strategic insights and data-driven approach will directly contribute to achieving critical company growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in planning and executing paid social campaigns and investment
  • Deep knowledge of paid social channels, technologies, best practices, and trends
  • Proven track record in directing, testing, and iterating on creative strategies
  • An analytical and performance-driven mindset with a solid understanding of growth marketing KPIs
  • Comfortable working with Looker or other BI tools to analyze data, generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRO and landing page testing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day performance of our Meta campaigns
  • Developing and implementing new campaigns and testing strategies to effectively scale the account
  • Managing daily optimizations to ensure we remain on track against channel goals and budget
  • Managing weekly creative insights and recommendations in partnership with our creative agency and Brand team
  • Supporting Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of Paid Social strategies to produce successful outcomes
  • Working cross-functionally with other members of Digital Marketing, Analytics and Product on landing page testing to drive up CVR across high- and mid-funnel channels
  • Assisting with channel-level reporting and analysis
  • Tracking KPIs, distilling insights from campaign data, and providing regular performance updates to the team
  • Partnering with analytics to enhance our data capabilities, improving our reporting, and finding areas of opportunity that could significantly impact the broader business
  • Communicating channel results and priorities across the organization
  • Effectively conveying results and insights to leadership in weekly meetings
  • Developing working relationships with cross-functional partners
