About The Position

Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon LLP (“MHS”) is seeking an experienced L&E Litigation attorney for our Sacramento office. This attorney will become an integral part of our employment litigation defense team and help defend wage and hour class actions, as well as single plaintiff lawsuits , work directly with clients on strategy decisions, and represent them at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings. Requirements

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience, ideally including wage and hour class action / PAGA experience
• Active California State Bar admission
• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
