We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Middle Office - FX Overlay Operations to join our Execution Services Client Platform team. This role is located in New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of total relevant work experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in implementing change.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and foundational knowledge of AI mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in FX Overlay, Fund Accounting or the mutual fund industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the day-to-day operations of a Middle Office FX Overlay Operations team.
  • Responsible for owning assigned client relationships, engaging with clients daily.
  • Ensure work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
  • Drive efficiencies in the daily environment - look to deploy AI, Digital Tools and automation initiatives on a consistent basis.
  • Constantly identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency, with a goal to reduce manual touchpoints and ongoing capacity creation.
  • Ensure procedures are properly documented.
  • Responsible for publication and reporting of client KPIs to clients and showcasing these results in periodic service reviews.
  • Partner with the Change team to assist in the deployment of change initiatives.
