About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager, Marketing Strategy, the Senior Associate, Marketing Specialist, supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the Airport’s services. Works under moderate supervision and collaborates with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables meet established standards and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • One (1) plus years of experience in marketing or brand management (agency or client-side).
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, marketing strategy, and communications, including familiarity with audience research and data interpretation.
  • Ability to assist with project coordination and manage assigned tasks within established timelines.
  • Working knowledge of brand guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across marketing materials.
  • Ability to support the development and execution of marketing plans and programs under guidance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., social media, email, display advertising); willingness to learn advanced strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to marketing projects using creativity and multiple platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work well under moderate pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals.
  • Basic ability to review and provide input on creative concepts for marketing assets.
  • Solid business writing and editing skills; ability to prepare clear and concise communications.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • B2C and B2B marketing and advertising
  • CRM marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Assists in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned Airport products and services.
  • Partners with Marketing team members and other departments to gather information and supports specific initiatives.
  • Drafts creative briefs and coordinates with internal teams to support the development and production of marketing materials.
  • Reviews marketing content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before distribution.
  • Tracks project timelines assigned tasks, including creative development and media placement.
  • Collects and organizes data to support measurement and reporting of marketing performance.
  • Provides input on process improvements and supports team efforts to refine marketing tactics.
