About The Position

The Senior Associate, Loyalty Strategy at Fanatics, Inc. is responsible for enhancing customer engagement and retention through effective promotional campaigns. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, data analytics or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in loyalty program management, customer retention or related areas, preferably in the sports, sports betting or technology industry
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization
  • A huge passion for Sports, and an inherent understanding of what Sports fans desire
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders
  • Empathetic team player, accomplished at working effectively cross-functionally
  • Curious and fast learner willing to dive in to sports betting and become proficient in consumer/industry insights and functionality
  • Passion to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and reliably meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Partner in the creation and reporting of promotional campaigns that will benefit the Sportsbook product, maximizing the customer experience through perceived generosity
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of promotional spend versus budgets
  • Design and implement A/B testing initiatives to ensure campaign performance is measurable
  • Report & story tell on performance of campaigns with recommendations for future improvements around increasing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Assist the VIP team in tracking of campaign effectiveness and budget efficiencies
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to existing promotional campaigns
  • Understand customer drivers and behaviors in order to create campaigns that achieve company targets
  • Actively monitor the competitor landscape
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional partners, including CRM, Marketing, Trading, Casino, Engineering, Product, and Data analytics

  • Base salary range of $66,000 - $126,000 per year depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
