The Senior Associate is responsible for leading critical daily supply chain processes within the Logistics team, and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements. Responsibilities include becoming the process owner for daily exception management, reporting on current network status, and analyzing real-time data to provide recommendations on needed contingency actions. The Senior Associate will also be tasked with executing internal team and cross-vertical projects to improve exception management and escalation processes and increase automations to enable process scalability with our business. Additional tasks will include tracking internal metrics against established KPIs, communicating root cause to Logistics team and leaders, and working with the Logistics strategy team to monitor and action improvement opportunities within our carrier network. You will be asked to travel up to 10% within the United States. Shift: Sunday-Thursday.
