Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA and/or CFA preferred 3-5 years prior financial/investment experience Strong analytical and research skills related to portfolio management Experience working with domestic and international investment portfolios No direct people leadership responsibilities Experience managing specialty assets within fiduciary, trust, or wealth management environments; knowledge of real estate, mineral interests, tangible assets, and mortgage-related assets. Strong understanding of OCC regulations, fiduciary standards, and internal policy frameworks. Excellent analytical, cross-functional collaboration, clear written and verbal communication, organizational skills; ability to manage complex, multi-party engagements.
