We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, IWM Portfolio Analyst to join our investment management team. This role is located in Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 3-5 years of prior financial or investment experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex portfolio data.
• Experience working collaboratively with portfolio managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to support client service and marketing functions.

Nice To Haves

• MBA and/or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Managers in managing complex aspects of both domestic and international portfolios, including researching potential business profitability.
• Calculate the impact of strategy changes on portfolios and analyze the suitability of transactions.
• Prepare trades and monitor clearing compliance notifications to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Provide investment reporting and analytics for assigned investment teams, supporting marketing and client service teams with data requests.
• Interpret performance attribution and track error reports to generate detailed portfolio analytics.
• Conduct detailed portfolio analysis and prepare reports that support impactful business decisions.
