Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Three (3) years of related experience, including at least 2 years in investment banking and 1 year in private equity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate company performances through intricate financial analysis.
• Conduct due diligence and study market trends to guide investment decisions.
• Collaborate with third-party providers such as bankers, lawyers, and consultants.
• Direct the work of associates, providing feedback and coaching on financial models.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of companies' operational and financial performance.
• Evaluate business models, management teams, and market positions.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
• Develop complex financial models including LBO, DCF, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with management teams to challenge assumptions in financial forecasts.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze market structures and competitive dynamics to assess growth potential.
• Provide strategic insights to guide investment decisions and portfolio company strategy.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to facilitate due diligence processes.
• Ensure external analyses meet standards for comprehensiveness and accuracy.
• Synthesize findings from third-party vendors with internal analyses to present coherent investment theses.
