The Industry Marketing Senior Associate supports strategy execution by leading assigned projects, managing campaign components, and providing subject matter expertise. This role bridges tactical delivery and informal project leadership, serving as a resource to both peers and junior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive marketing experience, with project ownership responsibilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Industry ecosystem and marketing needs.
  • Execution Excellence: Skilled in campaign management, content creation, and analytics.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Works effectively across peers and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to own timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Innovation & Change Management: Adopts emerging tools (AI, automation) to improve execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned marketing projects (e.g., content development, campaign execution, social).
  • Guide development of marketing deliverables such as messaging, campaign briefs, and reports.
  • Partner with business and marketing peers to ensure execution quality.
  • Provide input on KPIs and track project outcomes.
  • Informally mentor analysts and associates through project collaboration.

  • Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $92,500-$126,500.
