  • Familiarity with payer contracting, network implementation, and value-based payment models.
  • Healthcare background in behavioral health, telehealth, or digital health organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with RCM leadership to monitor performance trends, identify revenue cycle opportunities, and support strategic project planning to improve payer-related outcomes.
  • Work with Data and RCM teams on developing and maintaining clear performance reporting, dashboards, and trend analyses that surface actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to reconcile metrics, validate data accuracy, and ensure reporting aligns to organizational KPIs.
  • Support payer contracting activities, including onboarding clinical network agreements and participating in operational readiness planning.
  • Assist with implementation of payer contracts for strategic employer clients (i.e. Client Specific Networks), ensuring workflows, data needs, and stakeholder expectations are clearly defined and executed.
  • Track contract deliverables, performance obligations, and operational impacts to downstream functions (e.g., RCM, Clinical Ops, Provider Operations).
  • Act as program manager for strategic payer partnership initiatives, driving implementation planning, execution tracking, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Define program success metrics, identify gaps between goals and performance, and coordinate cross-functional remediation plans.
  • Ensure key stakeholders are aligned, informed, and engaged through structured communications (status, risks, escalations, outcomes).
  • Support business reviews, payer performance discussions, and continuous improvement cycles with defined action plans.
