About The Position
As a Senior Associate - Health, Equity and Wellness (HEW) Placement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing, facilitating, and providing technical review on a diverse range of health and wellbeing vendor selections and placements, including but not limited to musculoskeletal (MSK) health, diabetes management, and mental health services. This position requires you to serve as a day-to-day communication liaison between the WTW Global Delivery Center (GDC) and client service teams, ensuring that all vendor placement activities are executed efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will actively manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process as part of the Placement Center of Expertise. You will collaborate closely with the GDC to manage the RFP timeline, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. Your responsibilities will include providing technical and consultative reviews of the GDC's work products, completing quality surveys, and evaluating deliverables produced by the GDC. Building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with client service teams will be essential to your success, as will developing a trusted relationship with the GDC through effective communication and high-quality project execution. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong knowledge of emerging vendors and market trends, validating the technical and consulting accuracy of client deliverables for placement. Additionally, you will anticipate and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies in the placement process, including the potential for additional training. Leveraging your knowledge of the vendor landscape, available products and solutions, and carrier/vendor differentiators will be key in informing and influencing clients' placement strategies.
