We are looking for a Senior Associate, GTM Strategy & Operations to drive growth, optimize sales productivity, and enhance customer value for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Acquisitions initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who blends data-driven insights, operational rigor, and strategic thinking, while leveraging AI and automation to scale business impact. As a key partner to Sales, Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership, you will design, implement, and scale go-to-market strategies across EMEA, APAC, and NAMER. This includes managing complex sales planning processes such as territory design, quota setting, and forecasting-using AI-driven insights and automation tools to improve efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a passion for AI-powered decision-making in GTM operations.
