Requirements

• 3+ years paid social experience managing high-budget accounts ($500k+/month)
• META media buying expertise that sets you apart from your peers
• Advanced analytical capabilities; i.e. ABSOLUTE SPREADHEET MASTERY, and the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
• Proven track record of solving complex challenges independently
• Ability to command a room during high-stakes client presentations

Nice To Haves

• TikTok platform experience
• Data analysis and basic coding skills (SQL, Python, etc)
• Executive-ready QBR development expertise
• Creative strategy understanding that enhances media performance
