The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas, and global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are investigative and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. The SDS Sales GTM team partners with the US LCS Services and Distribution Sector (SDS). This sector owns sales and customer relationships across a portfolio of customers including Education, Home Services, and Technical Business-to-Business and cross-sector specialisms including Apps and International Growth. As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of strategy, go-to-market approach, organization design and operating model, and assess results to ensure effective and efficient performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and manage go-to-market strategic plans, operating model improvements, and resourcing plans, enabling our team to execute and innovate at speed. You will manage full project components and processes with limited guidance. You will demonstrate a creative approach to improving solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods, tools and resources. Also, you will build strong working relationships and partners across teams to develop business solutions.
