About The Position

Capital One's Global Mobility team owns the policy & process for all international transfers and assignees (AKA expats) across our footprint... from the US, UK, Canada, and Mexico... to the Philippines, India, and beyond. In Global Mobility you'll get to touch a little bit of everything HR: consulting, immigration, relocation, payroll, benefits, recruiting, compensation, supplier management, systems, data, finance - you name it! This role is visible and customer-centric, and will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop valuable niche expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Project or Process Management
• At least 1 year of client management experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with international customers, clients, or policies outside of the U.S.
• Experience working with Workday and Salesforce systems
• At least 2 years of experience in Project or Process Management, Tax, Payroll, Immigration, International HR, or Global Mobility

Responsibilities

• Manage international transfer cases end-to-end, working with associates and partner teams to deliver exceptional service
• Facilitate meetings for teams in the UK, Canada, Philippines, Mexico, and India, as well as with our various supplier partners to keep everyone in sync
• Support development of customer-facing FAQs, one-pagers, decks, and Pulse pages
• Execute and document several manual processes, including offer letter creation, payroll and invoice file submission, and Workday keying; recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support research & development for Global Mobility systems transformation (Workday, Salesforce)
• Manage the Global Mobility inbox, respond to associate inquiries
• Manage the international transfer associate interest form
