About The Position

The Generative AI team in Consumer Home Lending is enabling the practical application of generative AI to transform how Chase serves customers and empowers employees. Our team pioneers responsible generative AI in Home Lending. We accelerate the integration of emerging AI tools while maintaining the guardrails required for enterprise innovation. As the Senior Associate - Generative Artificial Intelligence Integration within Home Lending, you will inspire employees to incorporate AI into their work, provide applied AI skill-building content and workshops, develop hands-on prototypes showcasing the potential of emerging AI skills and tools, and foster a network of AI builders throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience helping businesses integrate emerging technology.
• Maintain an ever-growing portfolio of AI projects built to solve real-world problems.
• Proven ability to self-educate on emergent technology and apply it in business contexts.
• Demonstrated experience crafting content and facilitating workshops that advance mindsets and skillsets in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive usage of AI tools by employees through workshops, content, and interactive demos.
• Train and serve a cohort of certified AI practitioners throughout the business.
• Build functional generative AI prototypes while navigating the robust controls environment.
• Produce and manage content for our internal AI Hub.
• Partner with Governance, Business, and Tech teams.
• Research and test the latest tools and methods in the fast-changing world of AI.
