We are seeking an experienced attorney for a position in the UnitedHealthcare legal department on the Operations & Experience Legal Team. The lawyer in this role will be the primary contact on the team for complex legal and operational issues and/or processes across a variety of topics impacting the administration and operations of government health programs and employer health plans; implementation of operational requirements related to new regulations or requirements; digital innovation impacting consumers, employers, providers, prospects and brokers; electronic signatures and electronic delivery; and artificial intelligence/machine learning and blockchain. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
