About The Position

Senior Associate - Financial Analysis We are seeking a driven and analytically curious teammate to join our Staff & Enterprise Services Finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work for a company that invests in ways to tell stories, view trends, and diagnose results in a more compelling and visual nature. What new and insightful metrics can you form that will influence the way they look at their organization? Senior Financial Analysts perform core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) duties for their organization, including managing monthly processes & forecasts, perform reporting and analysis to support presentation and ad hoc requests, build reports & presentations for higher level associates and business partners, conduct scenario planning to strategically advise senior leaders, and lead project work that stretches across the business. Key competencies to be successful in this role include: Strong communication and influencing skills Analytical curiosity and problem solving skills Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks and take full ownership of your work Passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A skills as well as technical skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in financial analysis
  • At least 2 years’ experience with financial modeling

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis
  • 3+ years’ experience with financial modeling
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and/or similar Google Suite products

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help our partners deliver on their financial objectives
  • Financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, & financial reporting
  • Coordinate and collect input data from Financial Analysts in different departments, check data integrity, summarize and convert data, run models, verify, analyze, and communicate output data
  • Ad-hoc requests and special projects
  • Independently manage and prioritize workload
