We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Executive Assistant, to support a Senior Executive in New York.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Demonstrated autonomy in anticipating needs and proactively troubleshooting a diverse range of issues.
  • Calm, professional presence with the ability to instill confidence in key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • High level of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Senior Executive leading a complex business unit, with frequent interaction at the leadership level.
  • Proactively address and resolve highly complex issues escalated to the Senior Executive's office, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion.
  • Manage the Senior Executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of intricate administrative assignments, including organizing conferences, roundtables, and speaking engagements-overseeing material production, scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
  • Independently triage and prioritize a wide spectrum of requests, questions, and challenges directed to the Senior Executive's office, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
