The Senior Events Associate will be responsible for the planning and execution of corporate meetings and events, sales trainings and other corporate meetings. This includes management of all event logistics, budgets, and working with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. The position will require administrative and project assistance, coordination of events, and support in developing and executing Marketing campaigns. This role also includes stocking and managing our marketing collateral for our sales team. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Events Team with the successful planning and execution of corporate meetings and events, sales trainings and other high-level corporate meetings. This includes supporting the events team in the management of all event logistics, budgets, and working with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. The position will require administrative and project assistance for coordination of events and webinars, marketing inventory management and support in developing and executing Marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1 year of event planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion.
  • Presentation creation and editing experience
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare presentations
  • Document management

Responsibilities

  • Support the Events Team in the management Marketing and Sales events, webinars and presentations
  • Assist in planning and executing large corporate events, including venue selection, attendee RSVP tracking, and day-of logistics
  • Assist in managing vendor relationship and inventory for marketing and sales colleterial online database
  • Provide administrative and executive support for the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Provide assistance with project management and results reporting
  • Assist in communications with external vendors
  • Perform other tasks as needed
