As a Senior Associate Property Technology Services , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Property Technology Services team reporting to Manager Property Technology – Enterprise Remediation, you will collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to provide guidance to Hilton's properties through ongoing and upcoming enterprise technology initiatives. You will share best practices and reinforce security requirements and network standards. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: You will perform the below tasks while working on different projects and initiatives simultaneously: Identify and communicate remediation, standards, and end-of-life requirements to franchise operators. Enforce Hilton security standards and procedures with global franchise community and provide subject matter expertise on technology roadmap options for these properties. Monitor and respond to requests in the PTSEI Shared Mailbox. How you will collaborate with others: Liaison for key internal and external stakeholders to implement, deliver, and integrate processes in support of Hilton's enterprise initiatives. Resolve incidents and problems - work with Field Services, Deployment and Property Technology teams requiring assistance in answering infrastructure-related standards questions. Work with hotel technology and operations resources to perform remotely monitored tasks such as, end of life hardware removal, remediation and cyber-security evidence gathering. What deliverables you will take ownership of: Provide remediation guidance and hold franchise hotels accountable to adhere to Hilton security and network standards.
