About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our global team as the Global Employee Relations Senior Associate. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee relations initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of global employment laws, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to fostering positive employee relations. The Senior Associate, Global Employee Relations will work under the general direction of the Vice President of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion to implement, and administer company-wide Employee Relations practices and programs.
