About The Position

As a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for assigned tasks across a broad range of electrical engineering disciplines including the design, test and integration of CCAs containing analog, digital, power and high-speed circuits, along with supporting cables and wiring harnesses all targeting advanced tactical weapon platforms, sensors, and avionics. Agile Development Group and specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Altium designer or other similar CCA design toolsets
  • Knowledge of basic circuit design practices
  • Exposure to circuit card test equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of a senior engineer, perform design tasks such as requirements analysis, specification generation, interface definition, component selection, circuit simulation, schematic capture, and board layout
  • Directed assignments for simulation, bread-boarding and testing electrical circuits and functions
  • Support production line acceptance testing and trouble-shooting
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures for electrical subsystems
  • Perform and report results of test and evaluation of electrical CCAs
  • Present results in internal & external design reviews
  • Learn and follow company processes for product development, configuration management, purchasing, etc.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoW security clearances as required
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
