The Senior Associate Director, Technology and Data Management at Harvard Innovation Labs is responsible for overseeing technology and data solutions to support student and alumni innovators.   • Oversee technology behind all enterprise systems including CRM, CMS, and data reporting.
  • Manage RFP processes and relationships with technology vendors and consultants.
  • Ensure technical understanding of university-wide systems for proper integrations.
  • Identify, propose, and implement new technology and enhancements for user experience.
  • Develop and manage annual technology roadmap and budget.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders for project communication and outcomes.
  • Prioritize and scope projects, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure effective data management and integrity in Salesforce CRM.
  • Minimum of five years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of work experience in technology management or related fields.
  • BA/BS required.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • MS/MBA in relevant field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of digital accessibility standards.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Understanding of instructional design elements in higher education.
