About The Position

The Senior Associate Director, Executive Education Initiatives, will be responsible for business management and strategic initiatives that support the mission, growth strategy and operating model of Chicago Booth Executive Education. This newly created role will report to the Associate Dean of Executive Education and provide oversight of KPIs, financials, business operations and lead new initiatives collaborating with the Executive Education Senior Leadership team and key stakeholders at Chicago Booth and University of Chicago. This senior level position will lead special projects across the team to achieve operational efficiency, YOY revenue growth and business model innovation. The Senior Associate Director will be viewed as a trusted partner and have proven relationship building skills with peers, executive-level stakeholders and external partners. The Senior Associate Director will be responsible for leading the Executive Education financial forecasting, annual budgeting process and reporting by collaborating closely with Chicago Booth budget office and internal stakeholders. As a member of a cross-functional leadership team, the Senior Associate Director will develop growth strategies and coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, Global Program Management and Operations functions on growth of custom and open enrollment programs. The Senior Associate Director will collaborate with global staff based in Chicago, London and Hong Kong on strategic initiatives that support Executive Education operational efficiencies and revenue growth. The role will be responsible for project management and facilitation of new initiatives, change management, partner relationships, tracking and reporting on relevant KPIs/success metrics, supporting global market research and working on special projects alongside Executive Education team as well as wider University of Chicago stakeholders.
