About The Position

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Operations, to join our Digital Store Operations team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will help analyze and improve efficiency for digital orders, pickup, and delivery nationwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive strategic projects that expand digital operations, while developing and communicating updated training, procedures, and policies. This role requires a strong focus on process optimization and a keen understanding of digital fulfillment workflows. You will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-4 years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Business Analyst with a focus on process and policy improvement is strongly preferred.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data analysis tools to drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), along with knowledge of querying relational databases using MS Access or SQL.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong business sense and professional presence, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to digital operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day digital order fulfillment operations, including delivery, curbside pickup, in-store pickup, and shipping, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop policies, processes, and documentation that enhance operational effectiveness and align with compliance requirements.
  • Manage priorities for strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution within time, cost, and scope constraints.
  • Develop and distribute store communications and training materials, including quick reference guides, eLearning content, and PowerPoint presentations, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on digital operations performance metrics, using data to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
