About The Position

As a Senior Associate on the DashMart S&O team, you will own analytic support for pricing initiatives at DashMart. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring our pricing strategy to life, analyzing performance, and then iterate accordingly. You will report into the Manager, DashMart S&O in our New Verticals organization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize time effectively.
• Strong cross-functional skills with experience in projects spanning multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for pricing initiatives across SKUs, baskets, and categories.
• Support DashMart’s pricing initiatives through maintaining a close partnership with category management, inventory management, and product management teams.
• Build dashboards, analyze A/B test results, and translate results into guardrails and playbooks.
• Utilize knowledge of data to model demand, elasticity, and unit economics and identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and initiatives.
