About The Position
DashMart is a rapidly growing business vertical within DoorDash, that operates micro-fulfillment centers throughout the United States. We offer fresh & local groceries and household essential items to our customers, and do so reliably and rapidly. The Operational Excellence & People Experience supports DashMart ventures by managing organizational change and comms, standardizing ops processes, providing best in class training, and empowering our Local Ops Leaders and Operators. We are seeking a Senior Associate to manage our labor modeling and finance reporting, to fill a growing demand within DashMart as the company continues to expand. In this role you will 1/ address gaps and demands that exist within our existing labor data system, 2/ focus on dashboarding and data architecture creation, 3/ support cross-functional partners. This role can be performed 100% remotely or hybrid with some in-office time depending on individual preference, and will require up to 20% travel time to spend time working alongside local ops. You will report into the Manager, DashMart Data Governance within our DashMart New Business Verticals organization.
