About The Position

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing (digital platform), J.P. Morgan Investments Direct, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors. J.P. Morgan (our Remote Wealth Management offering). As an Associate on the CWM Business Project Management Team, you will support strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance client and advisor experiences within Chase Wealth Management. You will partner with product, technology, legal, risk, and field teams to coordinate workstreams, analyze data, and help execute solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a project/program management function.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex processes and translate insights into clear actions; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create concise, executive‑ready materials.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change; solution‑focused approach to problem solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to corporate strategy, product, or PMO environments.
  • Familiarity with Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management, and/or Consumer Banking business models and metrics.
  • Foundational knowledge of risk and controls and working with Legal/Risk/Compliance partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and delivery of cross‑functional initiatives from discovery through rollout under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Own defined workstreams and maintain core project artifacts, including plans, timelines, decision registers, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate with product, technology, legal, risk, and field partners to gather requirements and align on scope, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings and forums; document decisions, capture minutes, and drive follow‑ups to maintain momentum.
  • Conduct analyses on client/advisor impacts, operational processes, and benefits/costs to inform recommendations.
  • Build executive‑ready materials (decks, briefs, status reports) and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track outcomes.
  • Support pilots and implementations, including change management, training materials, and feedback loops.
  • Synthesize frontline and field insights to inform design, rollout, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, log, and track risks/issues; proactively escalate with proposed mitigations and owners.
  • Contribute to playbooks, process maps, and standard operating procedures to improve execution consistency.
  • Independently drive small to medium‑sized initiatives as capabilities grow, delivering measurable outcomes.
