About The Position

Mount Sinai Solutions (MSS) is a unique business unit within Mount Sinai dedicated to serving Commercially insured patients, whether through direct contracting with employers and unions, or via partnerships with companies that serve them. We currently serve over 450,000 patients in the New York area, via 35+ customers and 10+ partners, and a wide range of products ranging from virtual navigation services to specialty care products to worksite health centers. The Senior Associate - Customer Team will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Mount Sinai Solution's direct customer relationships while supporting new growth opportunities through direct-to-union, employer, and/or partner sales or account management. The Senior Associate will serve as the customer's advocate, ensuring we meet their needs while aligning Mount Sinai Solution's offerings to deliver superior outcomes and enhanced market share. This position provides a unique opportunity to manage and grow high revenue accounts, contribute to sales strategy and operations, and shape go-to-market initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Associate will provide valuable feedback to product development and strategic operations, representing the voice of the customer. The role is highly visible, offering significant opportunities to engage with senior leadership within the Mount Sinai Health System and key stakeholders across the healthcare industry.
