The Content & Creativity team works with clients to develop custom, cross-platform entertainment programs and original brand storytelling to drive deeper consumer engagement. This right brain/left brain role will help strategize, brainstorm, develop, and execute custom content partnership programs and will work with multiple cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders in the process.

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for teams within the agency and external partners to execute multiple programs at any given time, from strategy to development to execution.
  • Project manage multiple content programs, which includes:
  • Develop timelines and manage production schedules to adhere to deadlines and launch dates.
  • Lead communications with key stakeholders across email, video calls, and in-person conversations.
  • Follow evolving conversations, navigate and track iterative creative processes. Effectively distill clear action items and next steps from conversations.
  • Create and maintain organizational structure for key program materials including notetaking, emails, documents, assets.
  • Review creative assets with a diligent attention to detail.
  • Help the team develop and update written and visual materials and presentations for client meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Steward legal review discussions between Hearts and partner counsel, acting as program expert.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across investment, marketing science, and strategy to craft launch, measurement, and optimization plans aligned to goals and objectives unique to each program.
  • Develop relationships with partners (networks, digital publishers, social partners, etc.) to brief them on objectives, and work with them to concept opportunities that deliver on our clients’ goals.
  • Support and contribute to the overall vision and management of branded content & entertainment initiatives on behalf of our clients.
  • Stay on top of current content, storytelling and technology trends and how those may impact the client business.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in media, marketing, or production.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience working on an integrated team with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with ability to manage multiple work streams with strong quality control.
  • Discerning attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills: ability to analyze and distill information to inform a strategy, identify a course of action.
  • Client service skills: professionalism, proactivity, empathy, and enthusiasm.
