Job Summary: As a Senior Associate in the Chase Branded Card Product team, you will focus on consumer-facing product partnership initiatives, leading launches and building roadmaps that enhance our cardholder experience. You will play a key role in submitting requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products stand out in a competitive landscape. Your work will directly impact how millions of customers experience travel, entertainment, dining, and retail benefits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer-facing product management or business analysis
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading product launches and building product roadmaps
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and submitting product requirements
  • Strong understanding of brand differentiation and customer experience best practices
  • Experience working in agile teams, including writing user stories and participating in sprints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience with digital or mobile consumer products
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Experience in go-to-market planning and execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support consumer-facing product partnership launches from concept through integration and execution
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps that align with business and customer needs
  • Gather, document, and submit detailed product requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and business teams to deliver seamless product experiences
  • Identify and drive opportunities to enhance brand differentiation in the marketplace
  • Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product improvements
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in agile ceremonies
  • Support go-to-market planning and ensure successful product rollouts
  • Track and report on product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
