About The Position
DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP, Inc., has openings throughout South Bend, Indianapolis, and the Great Lakes region for experienced environmental consulting professionals. We are seeking teamwork-oriented individuals with excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidates should possess a professional work ethic with attention to detail and safety. Selected candidates will work collaboratively with Davey Resource Group project developers, biologists, and project managers on a variety of ecological restoration projects. The position involves preparing and supervising client proposals, technical report writing, and plan development for ecological restoration of upland, wetland and stream environments. Additional experience in environmental planning, permitting, monitoring, construction, wetland delineation and section 401/404 permitting is also a plus. The primary focus of this position is to not only provide senior level project management and expertise, but also perform a key role in the development of new projects, grant writing, networking and identifying new client relationships and project opportunities. This may include attending conferences/workshops and public speaking.
