About The Position

NBC News Digital is seeking a Senior Associate for our Commerce Partnerships team to help scale our growing Commerce business. In this role, you'll serve as the key connector between NBC Select, Shop TODAY, and top-tier brands, retailers, and organizations, driving collaboration, execution, and strategic growth for the commerce business.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of merchandising or buying experience.
• Minimum 3 years of affiliate or partnership management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for commerce partners for the Shop TODAY Curated Box program and for Shop TODAY events.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners for the Shop TODAY Curated Box program while identifying opportunities for upsells and new initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of sponsored partnerships and high-profile event sponsorships, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
• Coordinate across internal teams, including Shop TODAY and NBC Select Editorial, Operations, and Commerce Studios to launch commerce sponsorships.
• Prepare marketing proposals, performance recaps, and post-campaign reports, including decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support commerce leadership in developing new franchises and innovative programs.
