About The Position

The Senior Associate, Client Success reports to the Integrated Strategy Manager. which supports the broader Integrated Strategy team.

  • 1+ year experience in related field

Responsibilities

  • Aids in research on business | industry | consumer | cultural | competitive trends through initial data collection.
  • Assists senior team members in synthesizing market/marketing intelligence data into insightful trends and implications.
  • Works with the Integrated Strategy Manager to publish on-going trends reports to the team and the broader organization
  • Assists with research on industry competitors and compiles SWOT analysis of competitive capabilities and strategic consulting offerings.
  • Monitors, tracks and updates competitive analysis/profiles on an ongoing basis
  • Contributes to the development of thought-leadership through sourcing content, conducting research and performing data collection and analysis
  • Supports Integrated Strategy members in the development and execution of integrated strategy and ideation workshops
  • Provides program and project management support to team members for integrated strategy and consultative initiatives
