About The Position
As a Senior Associate in Client Processing at BNY Mellon, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client service capabilities. This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work. Your primary responsibility will be to provide complex analytics and reporting services aimed at improving and automating our Client Processing systems. You will manage moderate to complex external client issues, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective service. This role requires you to directly advise other organizational units and teams, facilitating the resolution of issues and ensuring that service delivery meets our high standards. In addition to managing client issues, you will participate in product development and enhancement initiatives. This includes system testing to ensure that our products can efficiently process high-value transactions. You will be expected to solve complex problems by leveraging your understanding of the intricacies of our systems, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Your ability to meet with various organizational units will be crucial in addressing problems and ensuring that they are resolved promptly.
