We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior associate, Client Processing to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida - and is a Hybrid position (4 days in office per week).
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 2-5 years of total work experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in financial services experience preferred
- Prior securities, settlements, payment processing, or reconciliations experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
- Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
- Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to internal or external client response.
- Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
- Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.
