We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Processing to join our Structured Debt Client Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of total work experience preferred
Excellent writing, listening and communication skills
Should be able to work independently and exercise sound critical thinking judgement
Ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred

Responsibilities

Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems
Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions
