We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our client service team. This role location in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL and is a hybrid position offering work flexibility. (4 days in office, 1 remote)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • No direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provide individuals at assigned clients with information related to BNY Mellon's products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies, leveraging an in-depth understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings.
  • Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Resolve complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries as needed.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts and propose expanded offerings to clients for front office consideration.
  • Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience and help develop process improvements.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Support multiple, complex client accounts.
