Requirements

  • Proven experience with consumer-facing, data-driven digital products
  • Strong delivery discipline and problem-solving orientation
  • Strong facilitator who drives clarity, consensus, and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively
  • High attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to balance the need to work strategically and hands-on
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Confident negotiator and trusted advisor in cross-functional discussions
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years specializing in digital product delivery

Responsibilities

  • Digital Product Backlog Planning & Management:
  • Partner with Business Leads and Product Managers to understand strategy, impact goals, and OKRs, and translate them into actionable backlog priorities.
  • Accountable for defining, grooming, and managing the product backlog with a focus on delivering value early and often.
  • Delivery & Execution Management:
  • Partner with Technology to lead the digital product delivery process.
  • Manage sprint planning, feature delivery, and risk escalation, ensuring trade-offs are transparent and data-informed.
  • Balance business expectations and technical feasibility through clear communication and proactive alignment.
  • User Acceptance & Quality:
  • Partner with the UAT team to validate that products meet defined business and user expectations.
  • Guide the creation and prioritization of test scripts; support triage, prioritization, and resolution of defects.
  • Ensure readiness for deployment through collaboration with key business and technology stakeholders.
  • Review and conduct post-deployment validation and ongoing monitoring, as demanded by the initiative.
  • Activation & Adoption:
  • Contribute to activation, training, and communication plans to ensure readiness and seamless adoption.
  • Contribute to documentation and enablement materials to ensure seamless adoption and measurable impact post-launch.
  • Platform & Vendor Collaboration:
  • Support platform evaluations and vendor RFPs as needed, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategy.
  • Influence vendor roadmaps to support evolving business needs and enterprise goals.
  • Manage day-to-day platform and operations:
  • Support back-end processes and workflows,
  • Create processes with documentation of processes/workflows/operations for record retention and management
