About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Associate Client Executive. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to: Maintain and expand a large book of complex and priority accounts across various industries or specialties. Direct and implement sales and marketing strategies for managed accounts, leveraging deep market knowledge and internal product offerings. Monitor account issues, industry trends, and develop growth strategies to target new buyer hubs and expand the book of business. Provide technical advice and informed recommendations based on comprehensive account needs, risks, and collaboration with specialty colleagues. Develop and manage project plans for sales processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and customized solutions. Preserve strong client relationships, address escalated issues, and maintain positive standing and credibility. Build and maintain senior-level professional networks by attending industry events and representing the Company as a thought leader.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value client accounts, preferably in insurance or professional services.
  • Strong strategic sales and marketing skills with the ability to develop and execute growth plans.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and product/service offerings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, especially with senior-level clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with strong organizational skills.
