As a Change Management Leader in Capital One’s Commercial Bank, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for supporting leaders and associates on the most impactful changes happening within the organization. The team delivers change management practices to a wide variety of change efforts within the Commercial Bank centered around transformation - from process improvements to technology deployments and many efforts in between. You will partner with subject matter experts to get up to speed on the changes, complete impact assessments to understand scope and scale, and develop a thoughtful change implementation plan with the ultimate goal of achieving adoption and creating the best associate and client experience. A successful candidate will have proven experience and knowledge of change management and communications methodologies. The candidate should also possess strong influencing and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication skills.
