Sr Associate, Central Sales (Rochester, NY)
About The Position
• Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs. • Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility with attention to part no. obsolescence. • Assist program manager on large RFQ’s/proposal efforts. • Ensure all quotes and opportunities are successfully maintained with pricing and shipping date information from inception to booking. • Provide technical support/answers to customers and dealers technical requests. • Product demonstration lead for international demonstrations. • Assist in hosting customers visiting Rochester for Sales and Program efforts. • Obtain delivery schedule requests from B&P for contractual delivery obligations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field

- Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems
