Senior Associate, Cash Management Team Lead
About The Position
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 12 plus years of technical and management experience preferred. Deep experience in Liquidity Operations, Funds Control, or Treasury Operations within an investment banking or global payments environment. Strong knowledge of Liquidity Direct, Indirect flows, CFC, and GFC frameworks. Proven ability to lead teams AND roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges head-on. Expertise in payment flows, Nostro accounts, intraday liquidity, cash forecasting, and reconciliation systems (TLM, SWIFT, etc.). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Risk awareness, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
