About The Position

We are more than just a law firm; we are dedicated advocates for the people of Massachusetts. With over two decades of experience, our firm has built a reputation for providing aggressive, high-quality legal representation for individuals who have been injured or are facing life-altering disabilities. Our Social Security Disability department is a cornerstone of our practice. We understand that the application and appeals process for SSDI and SSI can be daunting and often discouraging for those who need support most. Our mission is to serve as a powerful social safety net for our clients, navigating the complexities of the Social Security Administration to ensure that qualified individuals receive the benefits they have earned. When you join our team, you join a culture defined by professionalism, empathy, and a relentless commitment to our clients. We pride ourselves on being personable and responsive, treating every case with the urgency and respect it deserves. Whether we are fighting in the courtroom or guiding a client through their initial intake, our goal remains the same: to win the compensation and support our neighbors need to focus on their health and their families. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate with dedicated Social Security Disability (SSD) experience to play a key leadership role within our legal team. This position is ideal for a seasoned SSD attorney who is confident managing a complex caseload, leading hearings independently, and serving as a subject-matter expert and mentor to junior attorneys. In this role, you will balance direct client advocacy with oversight responsibilities, contributing to case strategy, quality control, and team development. You will have meaningful autonomy, the support of experienced leadership, and the opportunity to shape best practices while continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
